Viktor Orlovski the Head of the Department, M.D., Professor of Internal Medicine. In 1977 he graduated from Chernivtsi State Medical Institute. In 1979 he passed Ph.D. defense, and in September 1995 – defended doctoral thesis.
He is a therapist and gastroenterologist of the highest category. He is the author of more than 150 scientific publications, 1 monograph approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and 5 textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. 1 doctoral thesis and 7 Ph.D. theses were defended under his supervision, 4 Ph.D. theses are in progress.
